Though sariska national park faces a constant threat to its flora and fauna, the avifauna population is thankfully in a much better shape. The bird life at sariska national park can be enjoyed through a jeep safari. In the late summer or monsoon season one can enjoy the sight of the national bird displaying its feathers.
Apart from the peacock there are about 220 species of varied bird life has been spotted and recorded in sariska wildlife sanctuary. The greatest population of the pea fowl can be found in sariska national park.
The most commonly spotted birds are the peacocks, pea fowls, gray partridge, Indian horned owl, golden-backed woodpecker etc. |

| A variety of geese, pelicans and cranes do visit sariska wildlife park during the months of October and February. As the park is kept open throughout the year, spotting and birding the resident birds can be done throughout the year.
